SME Marketing and Sales is a sole trader based in New Zealand. We provide SME Engine for Hospitality. This policy follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you fill in a form or ask us to call you back, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and business details. We may also collect information you give us when we set up your account.
Why we collect it
We use your information to contact you about SME Engine, to set up your account if you go ahead, and to send you information you have asked for.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed to run the service, such as the tools that send your texts and emails.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons set out above.
